How much do they cost?

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, there is an option to specify a different delivery address on the order form.

How do MKB gift vouchers work?

my Kids books gift vouchers can make a great present for your family or friends with children or newborns. You can purchase or redeem at our website. See GIFT VOUCHERS for more details. If you purchase a gift voucher at a special rate it is still valid for that product no matter what the price, as long as it is used within 12 months.

How will my order be delivered?

Your order will be carefully packaged in protective materials to avoid damage in transit.

How long will my order take to arrive?

As each book is individually hand made, it may take between 1 – 4 weeks for your book to arrive. If you order nationally, your order will be with you in approximately 7-21 days. If you are ordering internationally your order will take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

What if I don’t like the book when it arrives?

my Kids books offers you a 100% money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product. All you need to do is post it back to us with a short note stating why you are not satisfied. We will then happily refund your credit card with the purchase amount minus the postage.

If however the product is faulty due to a fault of my Kids books manufacturing process, we will refund the full purchase price and postage.

Can I submit an image taken by someone else?

Yes, but it is your responsibility to ensure that you have cleared use of the image with the copyright owner. By submitting a signed order form to my Kids books, customers have confirmed that they own the rights to their image and/or have received permission from the owner.

What size and formats are the books and cards?

Hard cover –A4 size. Case bound, (hardcover) with a printed gloss laminated cover. The paper is 170gsm silk matt and acid free.
This is a beautiful book that promises to provide many years of fun and memories for your children.

Soft cover (A4) Saddle stitch. This is a quality children’s A4 book similar to children’s books you may have. It has a cover made with thick 300gsm gloss and comes with 170gsm acid free silk matt paper. (saddle stitch is the binding term for staples)

Soft cover (A5) Saddle stitch. This book is made with a thick 300gsm silk matt board cover and is gloss laminated on the front and back covers to withstand bites, sucking and general baby and toddler wear and tear. The pages are170gsm silk matt and acid free to last many years. It is a smaller size suitable for babies to hold. (saddle stitch is the binding term for staples)

Flip Cards – 10.5cm x 19cm
The flip cards are made of 300gsm gloss board, and laminated both sides. They are waterproof, teething and sucking proof; but not bath proof! They have rounded corners for the safety of your children.

Every my Kids book is hand printed and bound individually on order. Every book is fully personalised for your child. There is no pre-printing, ensuring the highest quality finish for your books.
