Before you get started making your Books and Flip Cards
- Prepare your photos for each letter of the alphabet. If you don’t have a photo for any letters you can choose one from our Image Library. See our TIPS Section for more detail on how to get the best pics for your book
- Our suggestions are people, pets or objects known to the child, i.e. Mummy, Daddy, Granny, Nanna, Pop, siblings, friends, pets, toys etc.
- Get all your photos together in one folder, possibly called ABC books or cards.
- We suggest you save your photos between 100-250k in size in .jpg format. This will ensure adequate quality without taking forever to upload. Read our TIPS section for info on how to get your pics to the correct sizes.
- You have 21 days to complete your book or cards from the start date. You will receive a reminder email at 12 and 20 days. If you have not ordered your book or cards 21 days after starting it will be deleted from our server.
Tips for ordering and payment
- After you have made your ABC book, you can choose to order other options now, such as Flip Cards without having to make them again.
- If you choose to make Flip Cards, you cannot choose to order a book at the checkout; this is because you need to choose a cover and dedication. Our suggestion, choose to make a book and then decide, which products you want.
- All books and cards are in Aust $$ however you can choose to pay in either GBP or Euros at the checkout.
- If you have a gift voucher for a specific product that was purchased at a reduced rate, it will automatically allow you to purchase that specific product no matter what the price on the day of redemption, as long as you use your voucher within 12 months.
- Gift vouchers do not include postage. You will need to pay for the appropriate postage, i.e. National or International.
- All my Kids books products come with a 100% money back guarantee. See our Terms and Policies for more information
